Custom-made Business Events

Scenario 1: As an Asian entrepreneur you are always looking for new opportunities in Western countries and you are continuously looking for new initiatives and business partners outside Asia. Also you want to maintain a good relationship with partners outside Asia and want to learn more about doing business in the West with the purpose of building long time business relationships.
Scenario 2: As a European entrepreneur you would like to offer your visiting business partner from Asia a combination of interesting business activities and entertainment.

We can assist by organizing activities that meet both scenarios. This is how we work: we offer our standard program or a customized program composed of building blocks. Our activities are in addition to the trip you or your business partner book (including flight ticket and hotel) to the Netherlands. Our program include lunch and transportation. If desired, we can also provide an interpreter.

Business activities include a Company visit, Workshop / Seminar "Doing Business in Europe"
Fun activities include a Vineyard visit, Ferrari/Lamborghini driving in Racing Circuit, Shopping/Outlet Center, Football Stadium Ajax, Antique/Buy art galleries, Exhibitions / Museum

Example Tour 1
Day 1: Arrival
Day 2: Company visit (including interpreter)
Day 3 - Morning: Workshop / Seminar "Doing Business in Europe"
Day 3 - Afternoon: Visit ports (tour by bus and / or boat trip)
Day 4 - Morning: Company visit (including interpreter)
Day 4 - Afternoon: Visit winery, including a short workshop on investing in wine
Day 5 - Morning: Business visit (including interpreter)
Day 5 - Afternoon: Shopping / Outlet Center + time for business meetings
Day 6: Departure

Day 3, 4, 5: visits to Dutch partners (shipping agent / trade agent / distributor), we can provide an interpreter, optional: between visits selected fun activities
